1. What size is the Townhouse?
villa is 1670ft² of air conditioned living space. It has 4 bedrooms (2 master suites), 3.5 bathrooms and a Great Room comprising the living and dining areas. A fully stocked kitchen including appliances plus a laundry room with a washer and dryer providing you with all the comforts of home.
2. What size are the beds?
- Groundfloor bedroom (en-suite) has a Queen size bed
- Master bedroom (en-suite) has a King size bed
- Bedroom with Twin beds
- and a second with Bedroom Twin beds
All beds are US size beds. For our UK guests, the sizes translate into:
- Twin = UK single bed
- Full = UK double bed
- Queen = UK king size
- King = UK emperor size
3. Are linens and towels provided?
All linens for the beds are provided. We also provide fitted sheets for the portable cribs. In line with safety recommendations from the American Academy of Pediatrics, we don't provide any other bedding for the portable cribs.
provide towels for use in the villa and at the villa pool. We ask that these towels remain at the villa. If you plan to visit the water parks or the beach, please bring your own beach towels. (Note: some water parks will rent towels so it may be worth checking with them before you pack)
4. Do you have a local management company?
One of the great advantages of renting from Regal Oaks Resort. The Management company is onsite.
5. How do you get the keys to the Townhouse?
Regal Palms resort is operated similar to a hotel resort. The room keys are picked up at the onsite clubhouse lobby and they are magnetic card keys. These keys will be used for entrance into the townhome and also to purchase all items within the resort. For example, the restaurant, tiki bar, etc.
6. Is there an easier way to pay on toll roads?
If you consider having to constantly carry change in order to pay the toll an unnecessary hassle than the Sun Pass prepaid toll program may be of interest to you. With this program you drive straight though the toll booth while radio frequency readers detect you Sun Pass information and automatic ally deduct the toll from your Sun Pass account.
You can pay tolls with your Sun Pass on 449 miles of roads within the state of Florida. Regular visitors to Florida can invest in the $25 portable transponder, but one time visitors can simply purchase the Sun Pass mini sticker for just $4.99. The difference between the two is that the mini sticker can only be used in one car and cannot be transferred to another. We would advise the use of the mini sticker as at the moment you receive $4.99 in toll credits after activating you account!

7. Is tax displayed on prices?
Things are not always as cheep as they seem! In the US all prices, even on simple supermarket items as excluding sales tax which is 6% in the state of Florida.
8. What is the custom for tipping?
When visiting from the UK please bear in mind that tipping is an essential American custom and it is considered rude not to do so. However, it is your privilege to withhold a tip if you feel that service has been unsatisfactory. Particularly when eating out it is customary to tip between 10% and 15%. Also when in bars, you are advised to tip a dollar a drink.
9. How do we call the UK?
When calling the UK press 011 then 44 then your phone number with the first 0 dropped. For example, our number is 01288 355455, but to call us from the US the number would be 011 44 1288 355455. The very cheapest way to call internationally is to use a phone card. These are available in Publix and give you a credit from which the cost of the call is deducted.
10. Do you have internet access?
Three Wishes has internet access which is free to all customers. However customers must use there own Ethernet cable.
