It is well situated for easy access to the main facilities on this 4 star complex and while slightly smaller than Three Wishes, Minnie's Mansion is closer to the Regal Oaks pool, at an approximate 350 ft distance, just across the grass. For a better idea of the distance please see the site plan (note Minnies Mansion is located at plot 14). In Minnie's Mansion the balcony is uncovered, and is accessed from via the 1st twin room. Many upgrades are provided for you with all the comforts of home.

The ground floor of this townhouse comprises of a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining and living room area, a covered entrance porch, an entrance foyer and a covered terrace. The ground floor also has a queen size master suite with en-suite bathroom. The second floor consists mainly of the master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom (with a private roman tub bath).
