Introduction
This home is the largest end unit that the Regal Oaks resort offers, and can accommodate up to 9 guests, in 4 bedrooms. It is well situated for easy accesses to the main facilities on this 4 star complex. Many upgrades are provided for you with all the comforts of home.

This two-story Townhome offers a spacious living/dining area and bedrooms with private baths (roman tub in master) fully equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances and utensils. There is also an upper level balcony and patio area.

The ground floor comprises of the kitchen, dining area and living room along with a covered entrance porch, an entrance foyer, a covered terrace and a cloakroom. The ground floor also has a queen size master suite with en-suite bathroom. The second floor consists mainly of the spacious master bedroom; which has a balcony, a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a private roman tub bath. The third and fourth twin bedrooms can also be found on the second floor and have fitted wardrobes and a shared third bathroom. Outside the home you will find tropical landscaped gardens and parking area for two cars paved with decorative brick.

 

 

Bath, hand towels and bed linens are all provided free of charge. The kitchen is fully equipped, including cookware and dining utensils, plates, bowls, cups and glasses, refrigerator, stove top/oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher. There are no chemicals in the home but there is a washing machine, dryer, mop, broom, dustpan, iron and ironing board in the property. Toilet tissue and a set of garbage bags are also provided.
