Accommodation Details

Both properties we offer accommodate up to 9 guests, in 4 bedrooms. Both are well situated for easy access to the main facilities on this 4 star complex, as can be seen from the site plan. Many upgrades are provided for you with all the comforts of home.

The ground floor of each townhouse comprises of a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining and living room areas, a covered entrance porch, an entrance foyer and a covered terrace. The ground floor also has a queen size master suite with en-suite bathroom. The second floor consists mainly of the master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom (with a private roman tub bath). The third and fourth twin bedrooms can also be found on the second floor and have fitted wardrobes and a shared third bathroom. Outside the home you will find tropical landscaped gardens and parking area for two cars paved with decorative brick.

Bath, hand towels and bed linens are all provided free of charge. The kitchen is equipped with all the modern appliances and utensils; including cookware and dining utensils, plates, bowls, cups and glasses, refrigerator, stove top/oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher. There are no chemicals in the home but there is a washing machine, dryer, mop, broom, dustpan, iron and ironing board in the property. Toilet tissue and a set of garbage bags are also provided.

Three Wishes Details

This home is an end unit and is the largest town home that the Regal Oaks resort offers, with 1,910 sq ft of air conditioned living space. It is a 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhouse. Three Wishes is approximately 575 ft from the Regal Oaks pool (see site plan) and differs from our "Minnie's Mansion" accommodation as the balcony is larger, comes off the master bedroom and is covered. Three Wishes also differs as it features a cloakroom and a "half bathroom" (bathroom with just a toilet and sink) downstairs.

Minnie's Mansion

This home is semi-detached and is slightly smaller than "Three Wishes" with 1, 471 sq ft of air conditioned living space. It is a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom townhouse. While smaller than Three Wishes, Minnie's Mansion is slightly closer to the Regal Oaks pool, at an approximate 350 ft distance, just across the grass. For a better idea of the distance please see the site plan. In Minnie's Mansion the balcony is uncovered, and is accessed from via the 1st twin room.
